No refunds or cancellations can be made after purchase.

・Section, row, and seat numbers are assigned and cannot be chosen in advance.
※Ticket categories include 1F seats, 2F seats, and 3F seats. All seats are reserved, and the specific seating area will not be determined until ticket exchange on the day of the event.
・The seat number will be indicated on the ticket distributed at the ticket booth on the day of the match.
・Tickets are the same price for adults and children.
・Preschoolers (under 6 years old) can sit on the lap of an adult for free.
※Only one child under 6 years old can sit on an adult’s lap. If the child requires a seat, a ticket must be purchased.

             

・Ticket types include limited-edition merchandise-included game tickets and premium tour tickets with experiences. Premium tour tickets with experiences are available only for select games in the latter half of the season. Please check the price on each game's sales page.
・Only foreign nationals can purchase tickets.
・Ticket sales will be available until 12:00 p.m. (JST) on the Friday two weeks prior to each match.
・On the day of the match, you must show the reservation confirmation email and passports (for everyone) at the ticket booth.
※Ticket exchange hours: 2.5 hour before the match to 0.5 hour after the match starts.
・Payment is by credit card only.
・We are unable to accept inquiries via our official social media channels. Please contact us at the inquiry address listed below.
・Ticket availability is limited, so we recommend purchasing as soon as possible.

               

・Tickets will be sold for select matches in the second half of the season.
Purchasing the eligible ticket includes an experience in the Special Cheer Zone.
※Applicable dates: February 15 (Sun) vs. VC NAGANO TRIDENTS, March 1 (Sun) vs. VOREAS HOKKAIDO

■Special Cheer Zone Usage Guidelines
・The zone opens after each match concludes and closes once the final player from that match has passed through.
・Players prepare in the locker room after their match before heading to the Special Cheer Zone. Please be aware that this may result in extended waiting times.
・Meeting times and locations will be provided when match tickets are issued.
 
■In the Special Cheer Zone, you can enjoy interacting with the athletes.
■However, athletes are giving their all in competition and prioritize their physical condition above all else.
■To ensure everyone has a comfortable experience, please review the following guidelines:
・Athletes are competing in important matches. Please respect their need for an environment conducive to concentration.
・Physical contact is prohibited. Your cooperation is essential to help athletes maintain their condition.
・Photography and autograph requests are possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Please understand that we may be unable to accommodate requests depending on the athletes' circumstances.
・To provide fair opportunities for everyone, please practice the spirit of mutual consideration. Your cooperation helps ensure more people can enjoy the experience.
・Enjoy the Special Cheer Zone to the fullest! Send your support to the athletes and help make the tournament exciting together!
